“ Amazing carbonara and pizza. I was a bit worried about the carbonara reading some of the reviews, but it is really excellent and authentic (whoever said it is too yellow and uses Kraft cheese is totally wrong; the yellow colour is because of the eggs!!!). Just be warned that the portions are huge. The carbonara serves at least two people and the pizza at least three. The service was also excellent - one of the fastest and most pleasant on our trip to Rome so far. I loved that this restaurant supports a social cause through inclusive hiring policies. They also have beautiful art on the walls inside. I would 100% come back if I have the chance to come to Rome again. ”

“ Ended up stumbling onto this restaurant one night and tried it out. We loved the concept of this place. They hire waiters and staff that have disabilities. I will tell you this, some of the best service we had on our entire 14 day trip. The food was pretty good. Carbonara was perfectly sauced and the bacon was crispy. The Alla Gricia was good, but a little salty for our taste. The Suppli were absolute gold and trust me, all you need to order are the house wines. The wine is just better in Italy. ”
